At All-Star Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we make the exchange process fast and simple to get you back in the game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your box.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Securely pack your sports equipment or apparel and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
